This policy applies to customers who book home services, technicians who offer services, staff who enter shop or provider data, and visitors to this website.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, phone number, email address, password or OTP verification, gender (where requested at signup), and profile details.
- Location data: GPS or map location that you choose to share so nearby technicians can be shown and jobs can be fulfilled.
- Booking data: service category, scheduled time, job status, chat messages, completion codes, ratings, reviews and complaints.
- Technician documents: CNIC, certifications, work photos, selected service categories and availability status.
- Payment and subscription data: wallet or gateway references used to buy technician subscriptions. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Device data: app version, device type and notification tokens so we can send booking updates.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and secure your account.
- Match customers with nearby approved technicians.
- Process bookings, live status updates, chat and completion codes.
- Show ratings, reviews and work photos.
- Operate subscriptions and admin analytics.

4. How We Share Information
We share only what is needed to complete a booking or run the platform:
- Customers see technician profiles, ratings and approximate location.
- Technicians see customer name, service details and the shared job location.
- Admin and authorised sub-admins can view accounts, bookings, maps and reports.
- Payment, SMS and map providers receive the data required to send OTPs, show maps or process fees.
We do not sell personal information to third-party marketers.
5. Location And Maps
Location is used to search nearby technicians, share a job pin and, where enabled, show technicians and customers on the admin map. You can refuse location permission, but nearby search and on-site bookings may not work correctly.
6. Data Retention
We keep account, booking and support records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes, refunds, legal claims and platform security. You may request deletion of your account by contacting the office below, subject to records we must keep by law.
7. Security
We use access controls, approved technician onboarding and role-based admin permissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please keep your OTP and login details private.
8. Children
Loylabor is intended for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your Choices
You may update your profile in the app, turn location or notifications off in device settings, or contact us to correct or delete information where the law allows.
